We want you to love your purchase from Mada Jeanne’s! If something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:

 

🛍️ Returns & Exchanges:

Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 

🚫 Final Sale Items:

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

🎁 Gifts:

Gift items may be returned for store credit within 30 days, provided they meet the return condition guidelines above.

📦 Online Orders:

If you're returning an item purchased online, please contact us at madajeannes@gmail.com or (870) 377-4370 within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
